About Me
My childhood was spent outdoors hunting, fishing and playing every sport I could. My love for adventure led me to join the Army during my junior year of high school. During my 10 years of military service I deployed, met my husband and had 2 outgoing daughters. When my kids were both under 2 years old my husband deployed and the weight just piled on. I woke up one day and asked myself what I was doing. I decided I wanted more out of life, I had to be strong and set a good example for my girls. I started going to the gym, noticing the weight coming off and my confidence coming back little by little. When I lost 60 lbs I decided I wanted to help others who were struggling. I think it’s important to learn to incorporate fitness into everyday life, even with a busy schedule. You have to START somewhere.
