Don't "STRESS" just "WORK OUT"
April is "Stress Awareness Month" and also marks the time of changing seasons as well changing time with Daylight Saving in motion. Have you made any healthy lifestyle changes yet this year?? Changes in life can be stressful but do not have to diminish your health. Start now by adding a quick 5 or 10 minute stress relieving workout when you start to feel your stress level rising. You'll find some advice in our Trainer Spotlight below, as well as throughout each week of April on our Facebook page.
